The HYROX Open Gym is a strength-focused training space built around the movements that matter on race day. Sleds, ski ergs, rowers, kettlebells, wall balls, everything you need to put in the work at your own pace, on your own schedule.

THE OTHER SIDE OF THE EFFORT.

The TRIB3 Lisbon - HYROX Training Club - Recovery Zone combines three of the most effective recovery methods available, infrared sauna, cryotherapy with compression, and massage therapy. Reduce inflammation, accelerate muscle repair, and come back stronger for your next session.
